Philippi joins Sunflower Bank Manhattan
Sunflower Bank announces the hire of Marin Philippi as mortgage lender in Sunflower Bank’s Manhattan office at 2710 Anderson Ave.
Philippi joined Sunflower Bank on April 19 and she will immediately begin focusing on developing mortgage and home loans, in the Manhattan and Riley County area, placing a premium on customer service.
Philippi arrives at Sunflower Bank after three years as group sales manager at the Clarion Hotel in Manhattan. Prior to that, Philippi was a sales director for Mary Kay Cosmetics, working out of her home. She has previous financial lending and banking experience, working through college at a bank and in lease financing of a local Manhattan bank as recently as 1999.
“Marin is dedicated to her customers, and consistently focused on making customers’ dream homes a reality,” said Randy Anderes, president of Sunflower Bank Manhattan. “She’ll be a great fit with the Sunflower Bank Manhattan team, and an outstanding resource for the community.”
Philippi is active in the Manhattan community as a member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer for the Festival of Trees through RSVP. Philippi and her husband have three daughters ages 10, 7 and 2.
Philippi is originally from Muskogee, Oklahoma, and attended Northeastern State University and Oklahoma State University, majoring in elementary education.
