Class of 2010 – Register now for summer’s Softball Showcase!
Class of 2010 high school softball players – now is your chance to apply for the 2009 Softball Showcase, on Aug. 7 and 8 in Salina, KS!
The Softball Showcase, sanctioned by the Kansas Amateur Softball Association, is a chance for high school girls, who will be seniors in 2010, to showcase their skills among the best players in the region, and meet with college coaches from around Kansas.
The annual event begins Friday, August 7 at 6 p.m. at Salina South High School with a kick-off banquet for players and families, featuring the chance to meet college coaches, college assistant coaches, and college players.
The round-robin slate of games starts at 8 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 9 at the Bill Burke Softball Complex in Salina, with players broken into teams at random and playing three games, under tutelage of a college coach or assistant.
Applications and fees are due by July 20, 2009! Simply click at left to download the application (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) and mail, email, or drop off to any Sunflower Bank, along with the entry fee.
