Home loan customers now have the luxury of becoming “Approved for Life” with a Sunflower Bank mortgage.
Sunflower Bank recently unveiled its new lifetime-approval home loan initiative. Unique to Sunflower Bank’s 34 markets throughout Kansas and Colorado, the program allows homebuyers to shop for new homes – or refinance their current homes – while knowing that they already have loan approval.
“We have listened as customers share their frustrations in repeatedly completing mortgage applications. Our newest home loan product offers the customer lifetime approval at Sunflower Bank,” said Mollie Carter, President & CEO. “Once approved, the customer is always approved – and for new customers, their next mortgage application could be their last.”

With these requirements met, the customer may purchase a new home simply by informing the mortgage lender of the specifics of the home being purchased. Sunflower Bank will then prepare the paperwork and send to the borrower for closing.
“We think homeowners will appreciate this for its simplicity, but realtors will also appreciate working with buyers who have already been approved,” said Carter.
