Engstrom named Lawrence’s Teacher of the Year!
Sunflower Bank and Sunflower Broadband crowned Lawrence special education instructor Deb Engstrom as its Teacher of the Year in 2007.
Engstrom stood out among nine finalists for the award – a result of years of commitment and dedication to the lives of her students. Engstrum received a trophy and an award worth $500 – just in time for summer break.
Sunflower Bank will again launch its Teacher of the Year award in tandem with Sunflower Broadband in August of 2007. Once again, students, parents and colleagues may nominate any teacher as teacher of the year. Congratulations to all the teachers of the month – and thank you for all you do.
