Reporting a lost or stolen debit card?

Sunflower Bank reminds you to be careful and cognizant with debit card usage. In the event you have lost or misplaced your card or suspect it has been stolen, please call our card service center at:

1-800-554-8969 – anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This number is good for all cards issued by Sunflower Bank, including cards that may indicate a STAR logo and separate call-in number on reverse.

As always, you may contact Sunflower Bank Customer Care at 1-888-827-5564 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday for debit card assistance, including reporting your card lost or stolen. This number also is currently printed on the back of most Sunflower Bank Visa check and debit cards and Sunflower Bank ATM cards.
