Quick steps:
- Print, read and sign your enrollment. Please note: PDF includes enrollment in all online services – make sure to carefully include only the agreements you want.
- Enrollment pack includes forms, disclosures, agreement. Please bring your enrollment pack with corporate resolution to any Customer Service Representative for signature verification. Within 4 business days, you should receive an e-mail confirming your enrollment, along with your USER ID. Your temporary password will be sent by mail.
