Rob Cafera
Chief Financial Officer
Rob Cafera currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FirstSun Capital Bancorp and Sunflower Bank, positions he has held since 2012. Before that, he served in different roles at Fifth Third Bank, including as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Commercial Bank, and before that as its Assistant Controller. Before joining Fifth Third Bank, Rob was a Senior Manager with Arthur Andersen for about ten years.
