Sunflower Bank is searching for the Teacher of the Year!
Teachers make a difference.
Every day, every month, every year.
Each month throughout the 2007-2008 school year, Sunflower Bank will name a Teacher of the Month, and award a brand-new checking account with $200 and a Sunflower Award to an educator in the Lawrence area.
Any teacher is eligible – it’s up to you, your parents, or your child to nominate a teacher who has made a difference in the school, community, or the life of a student.
At the end of the 2008 school year, Sunflower Bank will name a Teacher of the Year from the pool of monthly winners – with a grand prize of $500 and a commemorative award.
Entry for your teacher is simple – just supply a short essay describing why your teacher is the teacher of the month or how they make a difference. Drop the essay off at Sunflower Bank, or mail to:
