Still time to register for the Softball Showcase
Spots are still available for class of 2009 softball players in the annual Softball Showcase, Aug. 8 and 9 in Salina, Kansas!
The Sunflower Bank Softball Showcase, sanctioned by the American Fastpitch Association, is a chance for high school girls softball players to gain valuable game experience and attract the attention of different college coaches from around Kansas and the surrounding area! Nearly 200 girls play in the Showcase each season, and many earn college scholarships as a result of playing in front of and working with coaches and other players.
The 10th annual event begins Friday, August 8 at 6 p.m. at Salina South High School with a kick-off dinner for players and their families. The round-robin slate of games starts at 8 a.m. Saturday at the Bill Burke Softball Complex in Salina.
Registration deadline is July 18 and limited slots are available, so don’t delay! The Showcase costs $40 per player. Details are on the attached application. Click “Download PDF attached” under image at left.
