Q: Have my account numbers changed?
A: No, your account numbers have not changed.
Q: What if I have an account at CIT Bank that is not a Wealth Management account?
A: Sunflower Bank has only acquired the wealth management business of CIT Bank, including loan accounts associated with wealth management accounts. If you have a loan with CIT Bank associated with your wealth management account, your relationship manager will be reaching out to you directly to review its status.
Q: How do I log into my accounts?
A: There have been no changes to your Trust Account, Wealth Access, and/or Brokerage Account login information. Beginning on September 1, you should access these accounts as noted from the Online Login box on the SunflowerBank.com homepage:
Q: Will anything on the portals be changing?
A: Sunflower Bank branding will begin to appear on portals and statements as of September 1. If you are a Wealth Access Mobile App user, the app will update automatically with the new branding.
Q: Regarding my monthly/quarterly statements, will the timing change as to when they are mailed or available online? If online, can I access them the same way?
A: Your statements will continue to be produced on schedule and without change to the delivery method. Please be sure to look for mail and email messages from Sunflower Bank.
Q:Who do I contact with questions?
A: Your relationship team is here for you. A letter was mailed to all clients on September 1 containing new contact information for their relationship team. Please do not hesitate to reach out to them with any questions you may have.
