Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act Paycheck Protection Program

The Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) introduced by the Federal government and administered by the Small Business Administration is an unprecedented relief package for small businesses across the country. We have worked quickly and thoroughly since the PPP started on April 3, 2020 to assist our customers and communities.

We will continue to monitor all regulatory guidance applicable to the PPP and update any changes to status on this page.

SBA-Provided Instructions for Calculating Second Draw PPP Loans
The SBA, in consultation with the Department of the Treasury, is providing guidance to assist businesses in calculating their revenue reduction and payroll costs (and the relevant documentation that is required to support each set of calculations) for purposes of determining their eligibility for and amount of a Second Draw PPP Loan. PPP2 Eligibility and Documentation Requirements

  • Eligibility for those businesses with a 25% reduction in gross receipts between comparable quarters in 2019 and 2020

Update as of July 17, 2020: 
If you have been approved for a PPP loan through Sunflower Bank, N.A., we are accepting PPP Loan Forgiveness Applications and corresponding documentation based on the current requirements published by the Treasury and the SBA.  
 
Customers have been sent an email with unique instructions on how to upload their Loan Forgiveness Application. If you are a customer and have questions or have not received the email, please contact your relationship manager directly.
