June 24 Migration - Important Information and Action Steps

We have prepared a Guide with information that you need to prepare for the new platform and instructions for getting started with certain features. Please review the information carefully.

Important Notes:

  • The week prior to your migration date, every current active Business Online Banking user from your company will receive separate emails with their new unique credentials.
  • Historic eStatement history will migrate and appear in the eStatement center.
  • Quicken® and QuickBooks® users should export needed history prior to June 21.
  • ACH templates and Wire templates created on or before June 21 will migrate.
  • Recurring ACH, Wires, and Account Transfers will not carry over and will need to be recreated on the new platform.
  • Existing Bill Payment payees and Bill Payment history will transfer into the new platform.
  • ACH/Wire Origination Users will no longer authenticate with a hard token and will now have enhanced verification options.

ACTION ITEMS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE BUSINESS ONLINE BANKING MIGRATION

On or before June 21 at 6:00 PM CDT / 5:00 PM MDT

  • All Users: Verify all users have received login credentials via secure email.
  • All Users: Register for WebEx trainings sessions
  • Training calendar can be found at: https://www.sunflowerbank.com/tmtraining
  • Remote Deposit Users: Download any needed transaction history or reports utilized in the Remote Deposit platform.
  • ACH and Wire Originators with custom file mappings: Contact Treasury Management Client Support at 833.377.8265 to begin the mapping process for custom file imports for ACH and wire origination

Token

The mobile Direct Token app provides Senhanced security while accessing Treasury Management Direct. The Direct token is required to utilize ACH and wire transfer functionality. The soft token is offered as an iOS or Android mobile app for phones and tablets. Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to install.
