We're pleased to welcome Pioneer Bank's business customers to Sunflower Bank. You will be receiving specific integration communications via mail, and in some cases email, depending on the services associated with your current accounts.
Sunflower Bank is pleased to offer two online banking platforms to our business customers: Business Banking Direct and Treasury Management Direct. If you currently have online banking services with Pioneer, you will receive instructions on the new platform that has been selected to best meet your needs. If after May 9, you wish to change platforms, you can contact a support team to review your options.
Below is an overview of the key dates and action items for most business customers, however we encourage you to visit the additional pages in the "Business Accounts" section to review more detailed instructions.
April 20 - 25:
New Sunflower Bank debit cards will be mailed to Pioneer Bank debit cardholders. Please activate your new card(s) using the instructions provided and select a new PIN. Sunflower Bank card(s) cannot be used prior to May 9. Continue to use your Pioneer Bank cards until that date.
If you use Pioneer’s Personal Online Banking, please contact your local branch to ensure an accurate email address is on file.
If you use Pioneer’s Cash Management platform, your User Admin should confirm that email addresses for all users are currently correct in the platform.
4:00 p.m. (CT) — Access to the Pay People service in online banking will be discontinued and permanently disabled. Alternate money transfer services will be available in Sunflower Bank’s platform on May 9.
5:00 p.m. (CT) — All Bill Pay features will be disabled in online banking. The Bill Pay service will be placed in view-only mode through 4:00 p.m. (CT) on Friday, May 6.
At 4:00 p.m. (CT) — Pioneer Bank’s online banking, mobile banking, Bill Pay and online statements will become unavailable.
May 9 after 8:00 a.m. (CT):
You will receive login credentials via secure email to the Sunflower Bank Business Banking Direct or Treasury Management Direct platforms.
