Debit Cards — Personal, Business and Health Savings (HSA)

Pioneer Bank personal Visa® Debit cardholders will be mailed new Sunflower Bank Visa® Debit Cards with instructions for PIN selection. You may activate your new Sunflower Bank card(s) upon receipt by calling 800.992.3808.  As of May 9, your Pioneer Bank issued debit card(s) are no longer active. If you have any questions about your new card, please contact Customer Care at 888.827.5564 — 8 a.m.-8 p.m. (CT) Monday-Friday, and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. (CT) Saturday.

Personal Welcome Booklet

The Personal Welcome Booklet lays out your new accounts and services, and serves as a reference to what you can expect. This booklet was sent out by mail to all personal accountholders by April 8. Page 8 of this booklet outlines the personal account(s) to which your existing Pioneer Bank deposit account(s) will transition.
