PERSONAL ACCOUNTHOLDERS

To assist you in navigating upcoming changes, we’ve prepared a Conversion Action Steps & Information Guide along with other important resources located in the menu. This webpage serves as your primary information resource for important action items and changes that may impact your existing Pioneer Bank accounts and services. Detailed online banking and mobile banking instructions are included in this guide. We also recommend bookmarking this page and referring to it for important updates now through the end of May. 
 

Key Dates and Action Items


Thursday, May 5:

  • Access to the Pay People service in Pioneer Bank's Personal Online Banking platform will end at 4:00 p.m. (CT) on May 5. This service will no longer be supported in Sunflower Bank's Personal Online Banking platform beginning May 9.

  • Bill Pay: All features will be disabled at approximately 5:00 p.m. (CT) on May 5. View-only Bill Pay access will be available until 4:00 p.m. (CT) on May 6 in the Pioneer Bank platform. 

On or Before Friday, May 6:

  • Download and save statements and notices on or before May 6 from the Pioneer Bank Online Banking platform that you want to maintain for your records. 

  • Quicken® and QuickBooks® Users: Export transaction history by 4:00 p.m. (CT) on May 6. History that occurred between your last sync of transaction data and May 6 will be unavailable for export after this date. View instructions.                                                                                                                                                   

Friday, May 6:

  • Beginning at 4:00 p.m. CT) Pioneer Bank's online banking platforms will be offline and unavailable.

  • Beginning at 4:00 p.m. (CT) Pioneer Bank's mobile banking platforms will be permanently disabled.

  • Access to Pioneer Bank's online statement service will end at 4:00 p.m. (CT).

Saturday, May 7:

  • All Pioneer Bank branches will be closed.

  • Pioneer Bank's online banking services will remain offline and unavailable throughout conversion weekend. 

Monday, May 9:

  • All former Pioneer Bank branches will open for business as Sunflower Bank. You gain access to the full range of accounts and services offered by Sunflower Bank.

 

Debit Cards — Personal, Business and Health Savings (HSA)

Pioneer Bank personal Visa® Debit cardholders will be mailed new Sunflower Bank Visa® Debit Cards with instructions for PIN selection. You may activate your new Sunflower Bank card(s) upon receipt by calling 800.992.3808, however they cannot be used prior to May 9, 2022.  Effective May 9, your Pioneer Bank issued debit card(s) will no longer be active. If you have any questions about your new card, please contact Customer Care at 888.827.5564 — 8 a.m.-8 p.m. (CT) Monday-Friday, and 8 a.m.-4 p.m. (CT) Saturday.


Personal Welcome Booklet

The Personal Welcome Booklet lays out your new accounts and services, and serves as a reference to what you can expect. This booklet will be sent out by mail to all personal accountholders by April 8. Page 8 of this booklet outlines the personal account(s) to which your existing Pioneer Bank deposit account(s) will transition.
