Sunflower Bank Increases Credit Facility to Strategic Data Center to $40 Million

Denver, CO (November 22, 2020) – Sunflower Bank, N.A. is pleased to announce that its Capital Markets & Loan Syndications team, acting as lead arranger, has increased its credit facility to Strategic Data Center Fund Manager, LLC (“Strategic Data Center”) by $15 million to $40 million. This addition to the initial facility that closed in September 2020, now includes First Foundation Bank in the loan syndicate. Strategic Data Center will use the line of credit to acquire data center real estate assets within the U.S.
