- This feature enables your business to save money through offsetting service charges (such as maintenance fees, per-debit fees, and deposited item fees) by maintaining average collected balances. Your account will earn a credit on the average collected balance based on a 13-week average of the 91-day T-bill discount rate. Reserves of 10% will be withheld before that credit is calculated. Interest will be assessed on negative daily collected balances at the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate plus 4.5%.
