Denver, CO (January 8, 2019) – Sunflower Bank, N.A. is pleased to announce it provided senior debt financing to support the recapitalization and growth of American Alloy, LLC. The transaction closed in November 2018. Sunflower Bank’s Structured Finance Group launched in June 2018 bringing together a team of experienced industry leaders to provide corporate finance services to clients and prospects with borrowing needs of $5.0 MM to $20 MM+.
 
In this transaction, Denver-based Sunflower Bank provided senior debt financing in conjunction with an equity investment in American Alloy by local private equity firm Silver Peak Partners and a subordinated debt and equity investment by Detroit’s Peninsula Capital Partners. Sunflower Bank also provided American Alloy with additional liquidity through a revolving line of credit and capital expenditure draw facility in support of the company’s future growth.
