Didn't hear a word from Christine Munoz the last copule of weeks before closing. We were told she would be there and have a "gift" for us. Not concerned about the gift. But the only communication was a phone message the morning of closing saying she's been out with a family issue, but call her if we had questions. She was good up until the final steps before closing. But we really felt left in the lurch at the end. Also, 2x we requested a correction to our temporary address (the apt. #). At the closing table, it was still incomplete. We were told "don't worry about it because everything will go to the new home address". That said, if you can't follow client direction (twice) and still not correct the paperwork, it makes me wonder what other items were missed due to lack of attention to detail. We were going to let these items go, until I email Christine and Dayna asking for guidance on how to ensure our first payment was made. Dayna replied with the generic toll free customer service phone number. That's really personalized service, well above and beyond. Way to exceed expectations...Great to work with Christine in the beginning, but not impressed with the follow through when it's crunch time. BTW, I contacted the customer service line. Kept interrupting me, not really forthcoming with the information. Basically told to wait for a statement with a "coupon book" that will be mailed out July 16. Standing by to see if the written info is helpful.

Kelly was terrific. Explained everything, answered all questions, was available at all times. Patient and always polite and extremely knowledgeable and amazingly organized. Couldn't have had a better person with which to work. She knows her stuff!

Larry Dodson took the time to explain everything I needed to do vary well. He was vary patient when it came to me not really knowing how to send emails. Also Larry came to my closing singing and was a lot of help explaining what was what and making sure everything was right. I appreciate all he work with me.
