Nate and his team are very professional and efficient. This was the easiest process I have gone through and I have been through 10 purchases and refinances in recent years. Since I have many properties, it saved me significant time and hassle and most importantly they were able to handle the recent purchase of property in less than 30 days which was under the new TRID guidelines which seem to be more complex for lenders.
