Mark Heiman joins as President of Wichita
Wichita, KAN., Aug. 5, 2013 – Sunflower Bank has hired Mark Heiman as President of Wichita. In this capacity, Heiman will be responsible for developing and nurturing commercial relationships in the Wichita area and will oversee the market’s growth strategy.
Heiman joins Sunflower Bank with 30 years of financial experience in the Wichita metropolitan area. For the past 21 years, he has worked for Bank of America, most recently in the private banking division. Heiman’s responsibilities included managing commercial relationships and advising individuals with Wealth Management relationships.

Throughout his career, Heiman has been active in several community organizations, and is currently a member of the Wichita Area Outlook Team and on the advisory board for the Fairmount Center for Science and Mathematics Education. Heiman attended Wichita State University, earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance. Heiman is married with six children and resides in Wichita.
