Sunflower Bank Enhances the Salina Market Team

Salina, KS, February 3, 2017—Glynn Sheridan has been promoted to Market President Regional Director and will oversee strategy and direction for Sunflower Bank’s Central and Eastern Kansas region, which includes Salina. Additionally, Alan Eichelberger has been promoted to Salina’s Market President.

Sheridan, a Salina native, has over 30 years of banking experience and began his career at Sunflower in 2002. Under his leadership the Bank expanded to Lawrence, Kansas through the successful establishment of a de novo branch, which has experienced significant growth and now encompasses two locations. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas and received his MBA from Rockhurst College. The Central and Eastern Kansas region includes Salina, Lawrence, Manhattan, Topeka, Junction City, and McPherson.

Eichelberger has 25+ years of experience in the banking industry, spending most of his career in lending and bank management. He also has roots in Salina, where he has previously held various bank management positions. Most recently, he served as Market President for Bank SNB in Hutchinson. Eichelberger is a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking from the University of Wisconsin.
