Jim King brings more than 20 years of banking and mortgage lending experience to his role as a mortgage loan officer and branch manager with Sunflower Bank. Serving buyers and homeowners throughout the Vancouver and Portland metro areas, including Camas and Clark County, Jim helps clients find financing that fits their needs, financial circumstances, and long-term goals.
His experience includes conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, and construction loans. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, build a custom home, finance an investment property, or refinance an existing mortgage, Jim takes a thoughtful, personal approach. A Pacific Northwest native who has called Camas home for more than two decades, Jim understands that home financing is about more than a transaction.
