Turn Everyday Shopping Into School Donations With the ABC Program

Our year-round ABC Program provides much-needed donations for the benefit of students in local schools, and you can help by simply using your debit card to make everyday purchases. The annual donation each participating school receives depends on how many customers choose a school, and the number of qualifying transactions they make. Simply stated, the more you use your debit card, the more money your favorite school receives.

Since 2001 the ABC Program has raised over $1.4 million for local schools and students, helping toward the purchase of laptops, supplies, books, software, new curriculum, and much more. We invite you to join us in continuing to make a difference.  

Here’s how you can help us empower students to succeed and start earning cash for schools:

1. Use Your Debit Card

School-registered debit cards typically earn your school 2¢1 year-round each time you complete a debit card transaction using the signature or credit payment option when making everyday purchases. Register your Sunflower Bank debit card using the link below. If you don’t already have a debit card, give us a call or visit a branch near you, and be sure to select your favorite school.

2. Rewards for Good Grades

Students K- 12 can drop off their current report card October 1 - November 30, 2021 at any branch location to be entered into a drawing where they get paid for A’s. Five winners per branch are chosen, and the winning students earn up to $1002 for their A’s. If their school is a participant in the program, they will also receive a matching donation from us!

3. Flash Sales

During the year, the bank will host a series of limited time offers to increase overall school donations. For example, we could double the debit card incentive to 4¢ during specified dates. Stay tuned for details!3
