Sunflower Bank Hosts Annual Holiday Model Railroad Display in Downtown El Paso through January 2, 2026
December 09, 2025
El Paso, TX – Our Holiday Model Railroad Display presented in partnership with the Railroad Model and Historical Association of El Paso (“EPMR”) has returned for a fifth year featuring a Polar Express exhibit and giant Christmas tree. This year’s train display layout was designed by volunteers from our team in El Paso team with the EPMR providing the expertise to manage the exhibit and maintain the running of the trains.
“We are excited for the fifth year of hosting the holiday train display in partnership with the Railroad Model and Historical Association of El Paso. This year’s display is bigger and better than ever, and we invite El Paso to join in this fun holiday tradition,” said Ernesto Avila, our El Paso and Las CrucesRegional President.
Viewing the display is free and open to the public at our branch on 201 E. Main, Suite 200, in downtown El Paso. Trains run daily through January 2, 2026, from Monday through Friday between 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM. The full train display schedule and a video of a previous year’s display can be viewed at https://www.sunflowerbank.com/holiday-train-display. School groups are also encouraged to reach out for more visitor information.
