FirstSun Capital Bancorp Reports Fourth Quarter And Full Year 2022 Results

FirstSun Capital Bancorp reported net income of $24.6 million for the fourth quarter of 2022 compared to net income of $8.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2021. Earnings per diluted share was $0.96 for the fourth quarter of 2022 compared to $0.47 for the fourth quarter of 2021. Earnings for the fourth quarter of 2021 were impacted by $0.9 million of merger costs, net of tax, or $0.05 per diluted share.
