Brett Dammann
Wealth Management Business Development Director
Brett Dammann serves as Director of Business Development for FirstSun Advisors, where he is responsible for cultivating strategic relationships and driving the firm's business development efforts. With nearly three decades of experience in private wealth management, Brett assists advisors to define and deliver exceptional wealth management sales and service experiences.
Prior to joining FirstSun Advisors, Brett spent more than 18 years with Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President and Market Growth & Development Manager. He previously held business development and marketing leadership roles with U.S. Trust Company and California Bank & Trust, building expertise in wealth management, client engagement, relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives.
Brett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Arizona State University. He completed Cannon Trust I and II through Cannon Financial Institute and holds the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA®) designation.
Brett remains active in the community and has served in leadership positions with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California and La Salle College Preparatory in Pasadena.
