Our experience was excellent. The communication with Aide was clear, kind, and was always very responsive. She was patience and made feel the process less complicated, and we felt that she wanted to help us. We felt from the beginning that her intention was to approve our application. We really like that we could do almost everything electronically. One of the best things we like about Adie's service is that she speak Spanish and our communication with her was much clear.
