Marcela is incredible. I am so grateful for her. She was endlessly helpful and gracious with her time. In circumstances like these, it may be easy to think she/he's only being so nice because they want to get paid. With Marcela it was easy to tell that wasn't the case. She was genuinely assisting us to get what we wanted, and genuinely happy and excited when we finally got to the finish line.
