Natasha's knowledge and customer service skills were apparent during every phase of our home-buying experience. She explained every step of the process and answered all of our questions in easy-to-understand layman's terms. When she learned we had some unused funding (not sure if that's the correct term), she laid out our options, then used these funds to buy back our interest rate and pay for a two-year home warranty based on our conversations. Her knowledge, kindness, and patience with us are a credit to the profession and Sunflower Bank.
