Jennifer Norris
Chief Operating Officer and Chief Credit Officer
Jennifer Norris currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of FirstSun Capital Bancorp and Sunflower Bank, a position she has held since 2020. She also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sunflower Bank since November 2024. Before that, from 1997 to 2019, Ms. Norris held various roles at Wells Fargo Bank, most recently serving as Loan Team Manager for the Credit Resolution Group, Senior Vice President, a position she held for ten years. Before joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Norris was Vice President, Credit Products Manager at Specialized Industries Risk Management from 2001 to 2004.
Ms. Norris holds an undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University and a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University. Additionally, Ms. Norris holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is active within the CFA Institute. Ms. Norris is an active member of her local community serving in various volunteer and leadership roles within Boy Scouts of America, CitySquare, Highland Park ISD PTAs, Junior League of Dallas, as well as other local philanthropies.
