Beau was easy to talk to and absolutely ON TOP OF IT ALL!. From the first day we spoke on the phone and through all the text messages he was always there even in the early morning hours. I was straight up with Beau from the beginning and told him we were shopping around and he just flat out beat everyone with great communication and price. Not sure how, but he got us a mortgage and a closing cost lower than the house price he four other competitors I was speaking with and getting estimates from. The main thing is that from the beginning I said I just don’t want any surprises ( I had nothing to lose at that point) lo and behold, there were never any surprises! It came out to exactly what he said it was going to be, no surprises! He saved me and my family thousands of dollars and just made it easy. Yes, with any mortgage there is lots to do, but Beau was always there, always! Just one text away. We got it done with sunflower bank / guardian mortgage. Yup, we got the house of our dreams with very little effort. The app they have is super cool and lets you track your progress, plus our loan stays in one place and they won’t sell it. Incredible service! Thanks BEAU!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend
