Bryce was very helpful and responsive. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or ripped off. He answered all my questions and was very quick to respond. I had been trying to get a mortgage pre-approval from my own personal checking account bank (US Bank) and was struggling to get ahold of them. In contrast, Bryce answered his phone immediately and I was pre-approved by the next day, so my bank lost out due to being difficult to contact.
