Carter Lile is dedicated to helping people navigate one of life’s most meaningful milestones—buying a home. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, he focuses on making the process clear, smooth, and manageable, guiding clients every step of the way, so they feel informed and confident.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Carter served as an Electronics and Calibration Technician, where he developed a strong foundation in precision, discipline, and teamwork. His experience handling complex tasks with accuracy and efficiency translates directly into his work with clients today. He is also continuing to expand his skills through ongoing education to better serve those he works with.

Carter enjoys meeting new people and building relationships based on trust and communication. He takes pride in being a steady, supportive resource for his clients and works hard to make what can feel like a stressful process as easy as possible. Whether working with clients or collaborating with colleagues, he stays positive, sets clear goals, and keeps everyone moving forward together.

Outside of work, Carter enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
