Chris is on top of the entire process from start to finish. He communicates clearly and frequently, choosing the method that most meets the need, e-mail, phone, text. Our mortgage was not cookie cutter as we are relying on investment income, and Chris laid out what was going to be required ahead of time, and as such we were able to easily meet all of the deliverables.
