In many cases, prequalification can be completed quickly after we receive the information needed to review your financial situation. We'll guide you through the process and keep you informed every step of the way.

The required down payment can depend upon the home loan type (Conventional, Government, Jumbo, etc.). However, we do have mortgage loan programs available that allow up to 100% financing with a minimum down payment of $500 on 1-unit properties. Some buyers may also qualify for a Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Program that will help ease the up-front cost of the down payment.
-
Documentation requirements vary by borrower, but common items include recent pay stubs, W-2s, tax returns, bank statements, and identification. We'll let you know exactly what's needed and help make the process as smooth as possible.
