Greg Silva

Greg Silva is a seasoned mortgage professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, having served clients since 1996. He chose a career in mortgage lending because he values the opportunity to guide people through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives and help them feel confident throughout the process. Greg specializes in thoughtful financial analysis, recognizing that every client’s situation is unique, and that meaningful advice goes beyond simply originating a loan.  From 1st time homebuyers, to multi-million dollar purchases, Greg is available to assist in every clients needs.

Greg studied Planning and Development at the University of Southern California and later attended law school at the University of San Diego. His approach to success is rooted in hard work, integrity, and long-term relationships. While industry awards are appreciated, Greg believes the greatest measure of success is a satisfied client and the referrals that come from earning trust. Outside of work, he volunteers as a ski patrol member during winter weekends and enjoys fly fishing, water skiing, and live music. Above all, he finds his work most rewarding when it leaves clients feeling informed, supported, and smiling.
