Jeannie is known for her ability to create a smooth, predictable mortgage process—free of surprises at closing. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, she provides smart financial solutions and sets clear expectations from the start. Her expertise spans traditional and portfolio Jumbo, 1X or 2X Construction, DSCR, Bank Statement, VA, Conventional and FHA loan products.

Jeannie holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial and Marketing Management from Florida Southern College. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, mission work in Cuba and Jamaica, and spending time with her husband Mike and their two beloved fur babies.
