Jessica Craig

Jessica Craig is a seasoned mortgage professional with 34 years of experience in the home lending industry. She began her career out of a desire to help first time homebuyers achieve the dream of owning their first home, and that passion has remained the heart of her work for more than three decades.

Jessica’s background includes residential lending, private money, commercial loans, and construction financing. She has also owned her own mortgage brokerage, giving her a deep understanding of the industry from every angle. Her educational foundation includes a high school diploma and some college, paired with a lifetime of hard earned expertise in lending.

Jessica is known for spending extra time with her clients, clearly explaining loan options and helping them understand the programs available. She is particularly committed to preparing future homebuyers, including those who may need credit repair or guidance before purchasing. Her approach is rooted in empathy and perspective. She treats every client the way she would want her own children to be treated.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family. She was born and raised in Coeur d'Alene and is proud to be a mother of four adult children and a grandmother to three.
