This is our second home financing with Jim King. We weren’t sure what we wanted to do at first and he spent time talking through our options and running numbers for us. We had one sale canceled and one successful in the course of a few months. Both times, Jim moved everything along as quickly as possible, including specific pre approval letters for offers in a matter of hours. His team kept in touch and made it easy to supply the needed documentation and signatures virtually. We called Jim again as he saved our first home purchase over 8 years ago — he came in and took over financing for us and met successful close in a matter of days.
