John Minin

John Minin has spent his career helping customers achieve their goals of homeownership. After graduating from George Mason University, he joined one of the Southeast's leading mortgage banking and insurance companies. Having spent more than four decades in the mortgage industry, John now leads his customers and lending team as a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator with Sunflower Bank. 

“Every family and customer I work with is unique,” says John. “Each has their own background, experiences, and needs. I enjoy getting to know and interact with each one of them.” 

John believes that you get what you give and only get out what you put in. His customers appreciate his approachable nature and listening skills. With an understanding of his customers’ needs, John provides education and guidance on loan options so that customers can make the best decision for themselves and their families. 

John’s love of sports runs deep. He’s an overall sports fanatic but especially loves baseball. When he’s not working, you’ll find him visiting different ballparks, golfing, or fishing.
