This was probably the 4th or 5th time working with Jordan. I’m very much a quick decision person and he was great for that. Very quick responses on loan approvals as long as you get the information to him in a timely manner. Always responded within reasonable times for direct text messages and make it an overall smooth process

Jordan was super helpful. Initially in our home buying process we were working with another lender who had been in the game for a long time, and just felt very passive, would answer questions if we had any, but was never proactive and working to get us the best. When we switched to Jordan he was one step ahead of us the entire way. Giving us options, giving us heads up on what was coming down the pipe, and always looking for ways to help us save as much money as possible. Jordan was extremely proactive, working to get me the best I could get.
