My rating for Sunflower Bank is solely based of my experience with Lisa Munoz. We worked previously with another loan officer at Sunflower (Kelly) that was awful, but working with Lisa couldn’t have been any more different. Lisa went above and beyond every step of the way, she was consistently available, professional and thorough. Multiple times throughout this process we saw Lisa work after-hours and consistently respond promptly. She was always able to answer our questions or concerns fully while packaging the answers in an approachable way.
