With more than 24 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Ronald Wieczorek has dedicated his career to helping hardworking families achieve homeownership. A graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Ronald was introduced to the mortgage field just before graduation and immediately recognized it as the perfect way to blend his financial background with his desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
 
Since entering the industry in 2001, Ronald has earned numerous President’s Club honors, reflecting his commitment to excellence and consistently high performance. His approach begins with truly getting to know each client—not just as a borrower, but as a family with a story. He takes the time to listen, understand their goals, and build customized plans that put homeownership within reach.
 
Ronald is especially passionate about helping clients who may not believe homeownership is possible. He is skilled at laying out clear timelines, providing transparent advice, and narrowing down loan options to find the best fit for each unique situation.
His philosophy is simple but powerful: you learn and earn by listening. This belief guides how he serves clients and leads within his community.
 
Outside of work, Ronald is actively involved in youth sports and enjoys coaching football. He brings the same leadership, patience, and encouragement to the field as he does to every client relationship.
