Steve was always available and very responsive whenever I had questions, both about the application process itself and generally. He was present at the open house and answered questions about MFA/FHA that I previously gave up on figuring out. At that time, I had another lender I was working with (HomeWise) but was having communication issues with them. Ultimately, I'm out-of-pocket less than I would have been and with a lower monthly payment. Can't complain.
