Tina Lombard

Tina Lombard is a highly experienced mortgage professional with over 35 years in the industry. She brings a deep knowledge of lending guidelines, a genuine passion for helping people achieve homeownership, and a strong appreciation for the mathematics behind each transaction. Tina is driven by finding creative, practical solutions that help clients move forward, even in complex or challenging situations.

She holds an Associate degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing. Throughout her career, Tina has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership, education, and community involvement within the real estate and mortgage industries. Her professional roles include serving as Vice President of the National Hispanic Construction Alliance of Colorado for 2025 and 2026, Advisor for the National Hispanic Real Estate Professionals in Denver for 2025, and President of the Asian Real Estate Association of Greater Denver in 2021. She is also the host of the television show “Real Estate and Money,” where she shares insights on real estate and financial topics.

Tina is known for her determination and client focused approach. She takes pride in identifying the best loan products available and guiding clients to a successful closing regardless of the situation. Her personal philosophy is rooted in action and perseverance, believing that growth and success begin with the willingness to try. Outside of work, Tina enjoys music, performing live, hiking, and traveling.
