Nancy Anderson is the Vice President and Director of Fiduciary Services at Sunflower Bank, bringing more than two decades of experience in trust administration, wealth management, and regulatory compliance. She is recognized for her ability to manage high net worth client portfolios with precision, while strengthening fiduciary oversight and elevating operational efficiency across financial teams.

Nancy’s professional philosophy is rooted in client centered trust management, disciplined wealth preservation, and rigorous regulatory stewardship. She is committed to delivering tailored fiduciary solutions that support each client’s financial goals while upholding the highest standards of industry compliance.

Throughout her career, Nancy has led and transformed trust and wealth management operations. Her experience spans deposit, credit card, lending, and operational environments, where she has consistently optimized processes and ensured adherence to regulatory expectations. She previously built and managed a Wealth Management Middle Office team, improving service delivery and strengthening procedural controls. Her background also includes serving as a Trust Officer overseeing high net worth portfolios and as a Wealth Management Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Sunflower Bank in 2025, Nancy served as VP, Director of FinTech Compliance at Coastal Community Bank, following earlier roles at Washington Trust Bank and INTRUST Bank. A seasoned compliance and risk management expert, she has developed comprehensive risk programs, established full trust compliance departments, and partnered with business leaders to enhance enterprise wide risk frameworks.

Nancy holds the Certified Fiduciary & Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS) and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designations. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Friends University and an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistant Studies from Wichita State University.
