Tony Mitchell is a seasoned fiduciary services executive with more than 20 years of experience in trust and estate administration, portfolio management, and wealth management operations. He brings deep expertise in fiduciary administration, endowment and foundation services, client relationship management, and operational leadership.
Throughout his career, Tony has led teams and initiatives focused on enhancing service delivery, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring excellence in fiduciary oversight. Most recently, he served in a senior leadership role at TIAA, where he helped drive strategic client service and operational initiatives within the trust organization.
Known for his collaborative and client-focused leadership style, Tony is committed to building high-performing teams, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and developing innovative solutions that strengthen client experiences and support organizational growth.
Tony earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maryland and serves as SVP, Director of Fiduciary Administration, where he leverages his extensive industry experience to advance fiduciary excellence and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
