Trust & Fiduciary Services Transition Information

We want to let you know about an upcoming system conversion that will enhance the way we support you and manage your accounts. While much of the transition will occur behind the scenes, there are a few important changes we want you to be aware of in advance.

What you can expect:

  • New statement format: The most noticeable change will be a new look and format for your account statements. While the presentation may be different, you will continue to receive the important account information you are accustomed to seeing.
  • New online portal access: The client portal will have a new website address, and you will receive a new user ID and password. We will provide instructions and additional details closer to the end of November.
  • November 30 statement: A statement will be produced as of November 30 in connection with the conversion.

Most importantly, your relationship contact and Trust Officer will remain the same. The people you know and work with today will continue to be available to assist you.
