Very direct, thorough, proactive (when he saw a better program in the middle of my loan process, he switched to that one -- saving me in loan costs, points and a lower rate. Priceless! Also, Sunflower's online loan processing system is extremely easy to use. EG, when uploading documents, i did not have to break my uploads into several pieces. that saved a lot of time and effort.
