Dan was the best mortgage advisor we could have hoped for. Beginning with an introduction to what Sunflower Bank could do for us, which helped us make our decision to go with Sunflower Bank, he continued guiding us step by step until we arrived at a successful end: homeownership—well, one with a mortgage. Dan kept us informed regularly about where we were in the process, communicating with us through our preferred methods. He seemed ever present yet never obtrusive. He was available to us throughout the day, and occasionally in the evening, during the entire process. We felt like we were his biggest priority. When we experienced setbacks along the way, which we did, he kept us buoyed up and believing that every obstacle could be overcome. Although our business with Dan is concluded for now, we feel like he was and is a friend to us. We would be eager to work with him for a future home purchase and will be recommending him to friends and family.
